Why We Built This Site
Arkansas provides public paths to many court records, but finding the right custodian can be hard. The St. Francis County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court case files. District Court clerks maintain traffic, violation, misdemeanor, small-claims, and limited civil dockets. Search ARCourts brings public case information into a statewide search, while the clerks still control official files and certification. This site arranges those contacts, search routes, court-date checks, and request steps in one St. Francis County reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket information: ways to search criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Hearing settings: steps for checking the court calendar and confirming a changed date
- Case lookups: public case search methods using a name or case number
- Record requests: routes for plain and certified court records from the correct clerk
What We Cannot Do
This private reference site has no access to internal Arkansas court systems and no authority over a St. Francis County case. Its limits include:
- not retrieving an official docket or case file for a visitor;
- not setting, resetting, or confirming a hearing;
- not changing, removing, amending, or sealing a record;
- not issuing a certified docket, order, or filing;
- not giving legal advice about a particular matter; and
- not guaranteeing that every fee, office detail, or setting remains current.
An official or certified St. Francis County court record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original file.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes on some content pages. They operate their own services, decide what their results include, and set any price. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. St. Francis County Court Docket does not control partner pricing or results.
