Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the privately operated St. Francis County Court Docket site handles visitor information, technical data, third-party searches, and outside links. It does not govern the Arkansas courts, clerks, or public portals linked from the site.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

A name or case number entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not store or log those search terms on our side.

Messages and Contact Submissions

If you email us, we retain the message so we can answer it. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Data We Gather Automatically

When a page loads, servers may receive technical details about the visit, including:

  • device IP address;
  • browser name and version;
  • device type and operating system;
  • pages viewed and time spent;
  • referring site, when available; and
  • page-view timestamps.

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored on a device. We and analytics services may use them to measure traffic, popular pages, and navigation patterns. Browser settings can block cookies, though some functions may then behave differently.

What We Do With This Data

  • operate and improve site speed and availability;
  • send search requests to the selected partner service;
  • measure which resources visitors use;
  • diagnose and correct technical problems; and
  • display advertising that may relate to visitor interests.

No Court-Record Data on File

We do not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of St. Francis County dockets or personal case-record details. The site explains how to reach the Circuit Clerk, District Court clerks, trial courts, and Search ARCourts. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or profiles about third parties. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs court-record access, while the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-101 et seq., covers many nonjudicial local records. Neither law changes this site's privacy practices or makes it an official custodian.

Third-Party Search Partners

Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention terms, and disclosure practices apply to information entered into their tools. We do not control those practices. Review the provider's policy before submitting a query.

Links to Other Websites

Links may lead to Arkansas court portals, clerk resources, legal-aid organizations, and outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's policy governs the visit. Advertising partners may also use their own systems to measure activity across sites.

Who Might See Your Data

We do not sell personal data. Information may be received by:

  • the search partner processing a query;
  • analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance;
  • advertising networks serving content; and
  • a government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal demand.

How We Protect Your Data

We use customary safeguards for the data we collect. No internet service can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee that a breach will never occur.

Users Under 18

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If such data is identified, it may be removed.

Your Data Rights

Applicable Arkansas privacy and consumer-protection law may give a visitor rights concerning personal data. Depending on the circumstances, a visitor may request:

  • a copy of personal information held by us;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of personal data; or
  • an opt-out from certain processing.

Arkansas FOIA is a public-records law and does not create a shortcut to restricted court information under Administrative Order 19.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy. An updated version becomes available on this page with a new effective date.
