Terms of Use

These terms govern use of St. Francis County Court Docket, a private Arkansas court-reference site. By using it, visitors accept the limits, restrictions, and responsibilities stated below.

NO FCRA USE. This privately owned site has no affiliation with a court or government body. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other Fair Credit Reporting Act decisions. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

St. Francis County Court Docket is an independent reference resource. It does not hold official dockets, change settings, accept filings, or act for a court. It points visitors to the St. Francis County Circuit Clerk, District Court clerks, Arkansas trial courts, Search ARCourts, and optional third-party tools.

2. Informational Use Only

Content is general information and a starting point. It is not an official docket, court order, or attorney's advice. Important St. Francis County information must be confirmed with the clerk or court maintaining the case. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs court-record access, while the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., applies to many other local public records. Neither makes this private site an official source.

3. Rules for Using This Site

Visitors agree not to:

  • violate federal, Arkansas, or local law;
  • use information to threaten, harass, or stalk a person;
  • use content for lending, employment, housing, or insurance decisions;
  • gain unauthorized access to a system;
  • run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools; or
  • disrupt performance or another visitor's access.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We do not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. The site and its advertising partners do not provide services designed to screen job applicants, rental applicants, or applicants for credit, coverage, licenses, permits, or government benefits. Visitors must not use site or linked-tool data for those purposes or any other FCRA-regulated decision. An FCRA-compliant provider is required when the law calls for one.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing here is legal advice. General explanations of St. Francis County dockets do not determine how a filing, charge, order, or deadline applies to a specific person. Consult an Arkansas-licensed attorney for legal advice.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

The site and its contents are supplied “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free pages, complete partner results, or information that is always current and accurate. Court events change. Settings may move, and records may be amended, dismissed, restricted, or sealed. Confirm a consequential docket entry or date with the court holding the file.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links may lead to clerk sites, Arkansas court portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. We do not control those services, their availability, content, fees, privacy practices, or terms. Review the destination's policies before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to St. Francis County Court Docket or its content partners. They may not be copied, changed, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for damages arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or use of a linked service.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold us harmless from claims, demands, actions, legal fees, and related costs arising from that visitor's misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms. A dispute related to site use must be brought in a court located in Arkansas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
